Hit Men of the Mafia

Hit men of he Mafia live by a set of rules: [1] They work for the mafia until they die [2] They kill themselves [3] They are killed by other hit men. Hit men have many types of "Contracts": [1] A basic contract that is designated to a specified hit man. No other person may take the contract. If someone does, they are killed also. [2] An open contract: This type of contract allows anyone to make the "hit". If they are successful, they are paid, If not, they are killed. [3] A group contract: this involves any hit man of a specific mafia group. Anyone of the group may kill the target. It is operational any where worldwide. Hit men are paid variable rates. Joe Morticello; which is retired and resided outside of Phoenix, Arizona, was paid a minimal of $150,000 per person. He usually contracted government personnel; including mayors, senators and others. He was known as the top hit man of the Italian groups. That was prior to 1974 when he retired. He was on television discussing his retirement and work.
