The Detecion of Criminals

It is relatively a simple matter to detect a criminal;or,potential criminal.Criminals display characteristics that allow themselves to be detected.
Rapists,murderers,child molesters,thieves,rbbers,and other agressive crminals usually blankly stare at their target[s].They usually eighther examine their targets movements,weaknesses,traversement to spots where they may be attacked,look in obsessiveness at their targets;or,just watch their targets characteristics.
Child molesters,kidnappers,robbers,murderers,and other attacking criminals will do one or more of these things:
[1]watch their target for examining the characteristics of the target
[2]watch their target in obssessive "love"[that means,being attracted to the taget's beauty]
[3]watch where the target goes[usually to find a suitable spot for attack]
[4]stare at the target in hate
[5]admire the target's bodily structures in excessive desire
In ALL cases,the attacker will watch the target closely to prevent escape of the target predominately.This is a very significant sign.Some attackers will look the other way when viewed;but,do so conspicuously;then,will look aain at the target.
NOTE:not all of the people who admire others are attackers.many people display similar characteristics.
Here are some characteristics:
[1]touching themselves excessively
[2]salivating
[3]moving their tongue around excessively
[4]displaying nervousness
[5]shaking in anticipation
[6]looking around the area quickly and nervously for potential threats sch as security guards,police;or,other threat.
[7]watch the target in windows or other reflective objects.They generally seem to stare blankly;but,closer observation displays a far field of view stare.
[8]excessve non provoked smiling,laughin,or other emotional outbrst
[9]laughing with the target as though enjoying the target's company[delusional behviour].
[10]stalking and following the target.Usually,the attacker will stop simultaneously to the target.

If you suspect a potential attack,find the nearest security guard,police,or other government agent and smile.Talk to them s though you are in a normal conversation.speak clealy and in anormal tone.Do NOT raise and lower the volume of your voice.Tell the agent:
*do you see the man in__________________________[describe his clothing]?
*He seems unusual in his manner.He has followed me around;and,is ating nervous and suspiciou.I do not know what he wants to do.
Remember,it is not YOU who is investigating.It is the agent.You are there to supply basic information.
It may just be a mistaken event.
Just in case,be very cautious.
